A simple question. Having signed up to CC why cant we access to the latest version (8.1.1) of Illustrator only (8.0.0)?
It has now take over 48 hour, emails, phone calls, texts and alot of frustration and still no progress and what is probably a simple problem to fix.
Does Adobe actually have or care about customer support -at the monment I think not
This should be made very clear before one signs up or commits to their products.
My daughter has just been put on hold by one of the 'support' staff for 45mins
I have leaft multiple messages for the New Zealand Adobe representitive to contact me - no reply
This is not a joke - a disgrace
Has anyone else experienced this failure to support their products by Adobe?
