M Minalima, please try the following steps.

1. Restart the machine try to update.
2. Open Photoshop CC, click on help>updates and try to update it.
3. Try: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html
4. You can also try to download and install the updates manually:

• http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-updates-links-mac.html
• http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-updates-links-windows.html
