BC AU Down?

- Can't login to any sites

- Can't raise a ticket because I can't login to a site

- Can't access live chat because I can't login a site

Anyone else see a flaw in the support process?

BC AU not down, all sites running fine.

You can check sites through this site: Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up? to see if it is down for just you or someone else.
Are you sure you can not access all your sites? You tried different browser/computer etc? You sure you are accessing them correctly - is it through a partner URL?

devsite.yoururl.com ? - Your domain paid for and up to date?

You need to check those sorts of things.
