I own PS CS6 and I cannot use it because I have an offer to use Creative Cloud for $29.99, later to be $49.99. I am unable to CANCEL this. I do not want CC. What do I have to do to stop the offer from shutting my PS off?

It appears that you somehow got the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App installed.

Please uninstall the Adobe creative cloud desktop app and any Adobe apps that might be installed on your computer.

Run the CC cleaner tool to clean things up: Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems,  and then reboot. Then, please reinstall your CS6 and enter your serial number.

There is no way that an offer to use Creative Cloud will disable your copy of Photoshop CS6. You have a perpetual license to CS6.

Please tell us exactly what the message is you're seeing.

I have the exact same issue. I bought a perpetual license to CS6 master collection last year. I suddenly began seeing dialogs when I open the applications (Ai, Ps, Fl) telling me that my membership is about to expire. Now it has expired and I am not allowed to open my CS6 apps. This is really disconcerting because my livelihood depends on it - I can't not open these things even for an hour. I cannot afford it. I bought a perpetual license to protect myself from such vagaries.

I understand that you have CS6 already installed.  Did you install Creative Cloud as a trial or subscribe to it?

Here is the explanation of that error:

I installed CS6 two years ago and never had trouble opening or using it until this offer popped up every time I try to use my CS6.
