i have for years down loaded books onto my kobo and i now have a ipad air and i have registered the product with you but i have not been able to transfer my books from ade to my new ipaid air and i desperately need your help as apple does not know what to

after registering my ipaid air with ade i am not able to transfer my books from ade to my ipad air although i have had no problem with transferring books from ade to my kobo for years
