Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?
Sign out from Creative Cloud application once and Sign in again with Adobe ID using which you had purchased subscription .
Then launch CC apps and check.

One activation count is left, so you must have a technical glitch, hence you can follow the above mentioned steps.
