This is the third time I've had to contact Adobe regarding an account I cancelled for which they continue to charge me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER buy another Adobe product.
I saved a transcript of my last chat with Adobe customer service and received an e-mail with a case number and still I did not receive the refund I was told I would get within 5 to 7 days on May 6th and I received an e-mail today saying my Creative Cloud membership is about to expire. This is my case number and the name of the customer service rep with whom I last chatted:

Now I can't access chat at all. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, GIVE ME MY REFUND, AND NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN.
