You really should fix the links before you package. You do that from the Links panel, but if they are missing you are going to need to know where they are (you'll probably have to do a search on your computer) so you can point ID to the correct location. The folder that is coming up is either the last place from which you relinked a file, or the original location of the file, depending on your preferences, and neither is likely to be correct.
You can also see the full page of where files were/should-be from the bottom of the Links panel (see picture below). That's often very helpful information to track them down.
As far as the "F" Drive, did you create the package? If so, did you link to assets that were on a USB thumb drive or an external drive?
