How can I use data merge to create a meeting flyer for several different groups that have several different dates, times, and locations?
What happens is that times and locations change after layout and it's a lot of work to update this on several documents that use the same information. I'd like to be able to just alter one spreadsheet and have it repopulate several flyers automatically.

I understand how to do a data merge for something simple like a letter or envelope but can't figure out how to set up a spreadsheet that will work for with this format.
