What's in the last page of your InDesign file?
It's an "About the Author" page, so it just has a heading and 3 paragraphs of standard text. If it matters, there's no images in the epub (aside from the cover, which I set in the export options).
For every object that you have created in InDesign, exporting to epub, a div is generated with id of form idContainerXXX, it is the unique id for that pageitem and the styling attributes applied to it are mapped in corresponding class named as idGenObjectLayout.
This has been a recent change, where we have given a generalised name to all pageitems to keep the HTLM and CSS tidy.
Hope this solves your curiosity..
I have similiar problem.
Why inDesign exports epubs with blank pages in the end?
I have <div class="_idGenObjectLayout-1"> x 261
Which version of InDesign you are using? Export to ePUB 2 or ePUB 3?
Please, send to us you indesign file. I would like to see it.
InDesign 13.0.1, ePub 2.0.1

This problem is more simple that I believed.
There is many empty frames together the text frame in your file. Just delete these frames to finish these div tags
PS1. Try export as ePUB 3 and divide the ePUB.
PS2. When you export as one single XHTML file is final size is almost 600 Kb.
The maximum size to XHTML inside ePUB is 300 Kb
