321 instances of <div class="_idGenObjectLayout-1"> <div id="_idContainer XXX" class="_idGenObjectStyleOverride-1"> at the end of an epub?

As the title states, when I export my epub (reflowable), the last xhtml file has 321 <div class="_idGenObjectLayout-1"> <div id="_idContainer321 (the last one, they go from 001 on up)" class="_idGenObjectStyleOverride-1"> at the end of the file. Usually, there's always a bunch of extra pages, in the epubs if you try to read it in an ereader... so I delete these 321 idContainers and the epub seems to work fine, but can anyone tell me what they are and why they're showing up in my epub? It's a bit irritating to have to go into the epub every time I create one and delete all this junk to get rid of the extra pages at the end of the epub...
