I got a message that tells me there were a payment problem with my last payment for Creative Cloud, my bank usually does it automatically but for this month, it didn't make any payment. How should I do for the payment for this month? Will it do automatically for do I have to do it manually?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
