I've played with the material option variables. I've swapped out my environment layer (which is fairly uniform through the whole image). I can not figure out why the text extrusions are different on some letters:
The reflective properties present on the extrusion on the O, G and the inside circle of the Rs is what I would like on all text. I did a search of this forum, but did not come up with a problem matching mine. Can anyone help!?
There is no problem. It's simple physics and math. A planar face parallel to a projection will never produce the same set of reflections because the reflected part environment only comes from one direction whereas curved faces represent a mix of the reflection coming from multiple directions. Interesting. OK. So is there any way to even it out a bit, so there's not such a stark difference between the edges?
Split up the text and assign different materials and environment maps/ layers, respectively.
