Cannot install Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Yosemite

Bought a new Macbook Pro running Yosemite. Have the Acrobat 9.0 DVD but it simply hangs. Any ideas?

Thanks John. One of the links gave me an idea to refuse the 2 optional install (pdf printer) and that worked!
