On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 11 running?
Because of the nature of the message,
1. Make sure that your video card/graphics card driver version is up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card.
2. If it is, then delete the BadDrivers.txt file for your version according to the instructions in the following
Are you saying that everything worked before but not now or the program never worked before?
What is the format of the source files that are going on the Timeline of these projects? Do you get the message for a new project or the white screen even before you add files to the project's Timeline?
Let us start here and then decide what next.

I did what you said. Making the hided files visible and deleted the "BadDriver.Txt" file.

That deletion of the BadDrivers.txt file has worked for many who were faced with display issues and had an updated video card/graphics card driver version.
My involvement with this type of situation goes back to the days of Premiere Elements 9. The following older thread (post 10) gives the rationale behind deleting the BadDrivers.txt file.
