Or else you can try the steps below:
1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
2) delete the opm.db file*
3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.

I have this same problem.
I have been through the Adobe helpdesk four times to solve it. each time they say 'all done' and the next day it comes back again.
There is no solution. Adobe don't care as long as they're getting your money.
I am so fed up with the problem I'm deleting my CC account and going back to CS6.
