George,

Adobe PostScript is an OEM product that we license to Ricoh as a corporation. Ricoh incorporates the technology into its devices either as a built-in feature or as an optional feature. Based on your description, we are dealing with what appears to be a request for an after-the-fact optional feature. This is supplied only by Ricoh. Adobe has absolutely nothing to do with this.

Thus, you will just need to deal with Ricoh's internal bureaucracy to get that product to your customer. Sorry!

Good Day!

No, I am not a Poscript programmer. I am trying to help a customer of ours

as they would like to print from a MAC computer.

I have requested our support order team to get the Psocrpipt soft ( it

comes on a memory card, the size of an old camera type card). It just

takes an eternity to get them out to the customer.

I was curious who are we in contact with on your side, maybe I can

expedite this order.

Dov,

Spot on! It is exactly what I am dealing with and considering myself a

sharp individual, I thought reaching out to you, would help.

Is there anyway to know who is our connection on your side? I count that

the Adobe representative would be a lot more helpful than whoever is in

charge on our end.

I would appreciate your support on this one!

Kindest Regards,

George,

We only deal with engineering folks at Ricoh, no one in production or operations. We simply don't have the contacts that would be of any assistance to you. Ricoh is a fairly big company as I am sure you know all too well! Sorry!
