I purchased Photoshop CS6 on 15th June 2012

and have the installation disc complete with the 24 digit Serial Number.   I had a problem with the software Clone tool and decided tto re-install the software to overcome it. I used the Control Panel to uninstall. I have re-installed but the software keeps telling me that the PC is off-line when it is actually connected and I have been unable to progress further. The 7 day allowance has lapsed. I am not feeling very happy as this purchase was an enourmous outlay for me.

Thanks, I had checked the hosts file and found nothing amiss. The problem was with the browser settings. tools/internet options/advanced (security section) TLS1.0 was not set (blank) a tick here solved the problem! Many thanks for your response
