I have installed LR 5 on my wife's desktop. When I use the same serial # to try and activate the trial version on her laptop, I am notified the # is not valid. Can you help me resolve this?
Is it an update serial? If yes, you'll also need the serial from an older version.
Thanks for the input. It seems the installed LR5 was a cloud version. I deleted it and re-installed a "hard" copy and now the serial # is accepted. So, Problem solved.
