Upgraded from volume license 9 to 12 (first mistake). I was told that we could keep volume licensing - went to register the first person and it is requiring a adobe ID to register and then doesn't recognize the license key. Can't speak to anyone at Adobe because it is all automated no humans it seems. Any ideas?
Also the email addresses are messed up for licensing. Adobe 9 is under one email and the upgrade is under another. Adobe no longer has customer service either only sales. I am ready to call the reseller and tell him to have it refunded.
Adobe does have customer service... The fastest/easiest way to contact them is usually via live online chat, although it may not be open at all times. Is that what you meant by "waiting on live help for 10 mins"?
