Just attempted to use Adobe Send - and the recipient is not getting the email link. Also forwarded to two of my own email accounts, and same issue. Is Adobe experiencing an issue here?
I looked at our logs, and I see five emails were sent - four to a domain that matches your Adobe ID and one to another domain (kal***.com). For privacy reason, I can only see the domain name.
Can you check your spam/junk folder? And ask your recipient to do the same?
