If you are consistent in applying your paragraph styles, and if you use the Next Style feature in the Paragraph Styles panel, then you can select a text block like Name, Location, Subject, Categories, and have all the formatting applied automatically.
To apply all the styles, select all the text. Control-click on the Name style (the first), and choose Apply Headline, Then Next Style, Apply Overrides.

You can also do it via an Object style:
Make the Object Style Option's Paragraph Style the first style in the sequence with the last style's Next Style the first style. If you apply the object style to an existing text frame, the styles will be applied. Or you can paste in any text and it will be formatted—if the styling is wrong you may need to clear the override from the applied Object Style after the paste.
