I've spent the last 48 hours trying to cancel my account but I can't figure out how to do it. Yes, I've tried the support links, clicked "I still need help" but I still don't see the "chat with a rep" option. This is SO frustrating.
I checked your account and found that your subscription is already suspended due to payment error.
Right, but i'd like it completely canceled. Not just suspended, because it will renew as soon as a make my card available.
i cancel my membership in may 13 2015 because i am having financial hardship. I was told they will charge me a fee of $53.11 and a few days later they took $637!!!
i contacted them and they said sorry it was a mistake its been over 2 weeks and i still have not gotten my money....
