Purchase Lr 6 software license from Fry's. Went to return it unregistered and they refused. Directed me to deal with Adobe directly. Adobe web page says that I have to deal with the retailer. Who refunds with them both pointing fingers at each other? Has anyone else had to deal with this. Any suggestions?
You buy it at the retailer, you have to return it at the retailer. But all the retailers have return/refund policy and most if not all of them will not accept software refund if the package is already opened. In your case, I don't think there is anything you can do beside sell it back for other people. This is not Adobe fault.
