As the clip progresses you can see changes in brightness due to models walking in front of the off-screen lights. Is there an effect or procedure I can take to fix this is Premiere Pro or After Effects CS6?
there are plugins that work for fast changes, usually to correct old film or timelapses. they are sometimes called flicker removal or fixers.that doesn't sound like it would apply to your video but you could try some to see how they would work with your footage. im not sure if premiere or ae have any built in, but plugins are available from boris fx and others.
another option is to do it manually, keyframe adjustments to brightness thru a color correction effect to adjust for when the models walk in front of the lights.
Did you find a fix for this?
