      1) We changed rights for the following folders:

      C:\program files (x86)\Adobe

      C:\program files\Adobe

      C:\program files\common files\adobe

      c:\programdata\adobe

      Everyone     : FC

      Users        : FC

      Domain Users: FC

Still the user is unable to start InDesign

      2) We made the user Local administrator

Still the user is unable to start InDesign

      3) We tried another (new) user which is local administrator

      Still unable to start InDesign

      4) when we try with a domain administrator the software works.

What can possible be wrong with the rights when a computer is domain joined?

When we make the user domain administrator the software also works....

We tried using Process Monitor from sysinternals to locate any access denied messages but non are shown. since the user is local administrator.

Other applications like photoshop and illustrator work without being and local administrator...

      Thanks
