Does this happen with any CHM at all? Or only those created using RoboHelp?
Is the CHM located on a network drive? Then you will have to update your security settings.
Is the CHM downloaded? Then you may have to unblock it.
Thanks for your response. I have not tried to open any CHM file other than that created by RoboHelp. I’ll see if we can try a different CHM file.
