    Cloud font issues


      My client has sent files with fonts in the cloud.  i have type kit one but it is not fully working.  I often get  2 lines with the same font in the font window one with an error and one without.  Any ideas how to clear this up?Screen Shot 2015-06-04 at 4.04.08 PM.png


      I have been replacing the font when I can figure out what version it is but it is very annoying.

          TypeKit does not work with older PostScript Type 1 fonts. It works with OpenType fonts. Your screenshot shows Type1 fonts. You should consider retiring PST1 fonts in favor of OpenType fonts. Do you possibly have that font installed as a  different number version from the same font your client has (but possibly a different number version? Number versions can be seen in the Find Font dialog box.
