How to Restore Color Settings for PDF "Press Quality" Preset

    IthacaAuthor2011 Level 1

      Using InDesign CS 6

Late at night I foolishly decided to tinker with my Color Settings. (I was trying to get a yellow color to show brighter). I know nothing about these, and I didn't take any notes.
Note: I have never before touched these settings.
The result: when I wanted to make a PDF for printing -- using Adobe's Press Quality pre-set -- a warning message came up.

I read a message in this forum, that advised to change the settings back to CMYK: "US Web Coated (SWOP) v2"
That helped a bit: Now when I use the Press Quality setting for the file of my book cover, there are no warning messages.

But on another file --  for the inside pages of the book -- there is a warning coming up (see image below).
Near the Summary item is a yellow triangle with this warning:

          1) The preset specifies source profiles that don't match the current color settings file. Profiles specified by the color settings file will be used.

Can someone tell me how to fix this, so that the profiles match, and this warning message does not appear  ?

      Thank you very much
