    Why is the manage plans page not working in my Adobe account ?

      • CC desktop client not working. Gives me a black screen. Followed the steps in the help section to fix this issue with no success.
      • Experienced many bugs and crashes in CC.
      • And the Manage plans section on the Adobe websites is also not working. So what do I do if I want to cancel my subscription ?


      PS: I am subscribed to the CC Student version.
