Also, you may check the host file and delete any blocked Adobe entries.
Hmm I checked that out, but I can´t find any de-activate option in PS or LR.
And that guide was mentioning CS6, I have a subscription for CC.
And just to be clear, it did not just change to trial version, but when i started Adobe application manager it was like LR was uninstalled, it was´nt in my installed applications list.
Do you have a Photography Plan subscription for $10/month or a single-app subscription to PS for $20/month or something else?
It´s the Photography plan subscription
CC subscriptions are specific to AdobeID and specific to a particular user logged into your computer. Are those two things still the same from when it last worked? Log into your Adobe account using the AdobeID you are using in the CC App, go into Manage and see if you can find your Photography Plan listed.
I'd try logging out of the CC Desktop using Gear / Preferences / Account / Signout, then sign back in and see if things look any different.
If your CC App is tied to a valid Photography Plan subscription then you should see an Install button next to LR.
Yes, I´ve had Adobe app manager on auto login all this time, and same account when i log into my computer. I´ve already triedlogging out and in again
But now that I login to adobe.com and try to look for my subscription I can´t find anything about it....?
I don´t really understand anything, if for some reason my subscription had been canceled, it should also be the same with PS CC, but that seems to work fine...
Though I don´t see any reason why it should be canceled, only problem I´ve had was that I recently changed my debit card and I got a notification when I started PS that they couldn´t debit me for the plan and it asked me to update my payment information in x amount of days, so I did just that.
And I double checked right now, Adobe has debited me just a couple days ago for the plan so that seems to be working.
Goddamnit....I think I just solved the problem.
Apparently, I have used two different emails with Adobe, one of them was when i bought PS elements a long time ago, and the other one when I got the Photography sub. And since then I have had the latest one on auto login, but for some weird reason I was logged in to the wrong email now.
But it is weird that I had PS CC on both accounts, must have been some kind of glitch, because PS CC worked fine. But now when I have switched between the 2 accounts, it started a trial version on the account I used from the beginning for PS Elements.
I hope you understand my rambling, but now everything seems to be in order at least, sorry for wasting your time.
So you needed to use your other AdobeID. That makes sense. Not sure about PS, though. You might want to check your purchases on both your Adobe accounts and make sure you’re not paying for two.
