I got the complete yearly plan paid monthly, but every time i start an app from creative cloud it either ask me to provide a serial number or buy the app!!.
how can I get the app to start normally !!

Else you may check the host file for any blocked Adobe entries
If there are any, please delete it and save the file and then try launching the Adobe CC app.
i did try everything but for some reason nothing seems to work. i can either start a trail or have to buy. - i checked my account and it doesn't list my sub. in the purchase history.
all I have is the bill in my email for buying.
any adive on what to do.
