I just noticed that I was being charged twice for my Creative Cloud account which I just cancelled. I was trying to contact support to fix it but person I was chatting has no clue. Does anyone have email address for payment dispute?
If not I will have to file charge back.
When you cancel after the first month you’re charged for half the remaining subscription as a cancellation fee. If that’s not what the double-charge is then I’d go to the credit-card company.
No they charged me twice on same day for last 3 months. I will file charge back.
