My Creative Cloud membership expired and when I try to renew it, the 'Confirm Payment Address' pop up box says my address is invalid. The actual error is: "The billing address information is invalid. Please correct your address and try again." It is clearly not as I know my own address. I have moved house since I started the account (which is why I guess the account expired instead of automatically renewing like it did last year).
I can not find a way of contacting Adobe to get this sorted. Every option I try keeps sending me here. I have 1 day left on my grace period before I can no longer use the software. Can someone from Adobe contact me on the number you have on my account.
This is very frustrating.
This address problem on the credit card page has been ongoing for several years. Adobe developers just can't seem to understand how to validate addresses.
