I have tried to find a way to cancel my creative cloud and flash professional account, but i cannot find it anywhere on the website. Customer service keeps sending me to this forum, that is why i post my question here. Can anyone give me some directions on how to cancel my account and stop the payments?
To get the Phone and Chat contact options please ensure that you are signed in using the same Adobe ID associated with your membership.
There are no subscriptions under the ID you used to post on the forum so you may be using another ID/email address for you membership.
