Lightroom 6.01 doesn't start on Yosemite. This is a follow up post of a previous post, that went unanswered: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7618010#7618010
I'm a bit desperate, because also standard support is not answering...
Anyway, trying again my luck here/
OS: Yosemite 10.10.3
Hardware: Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch Late 2013)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Lightroom only start from command line:
From the terminal:
cd /Applications/Adobe Lightroom/Adobe Lightroom.app/Contents/MacOS
GPU Accelaration is disabled, because Lightroom doesn't recognize the GPU.
This is from System Info:
Graphics Processor Info:
Check OpenGL support: Failed
Did you try to start it while holding Shift+Alt (Option+Shift) and reset the preferences?
yes - have already spent >8 hours trying to get Lightroom to work.
Lightroom does not start. The process crashes at the splash screen, so I can't reset the preferences.
The only way to start Lightroom is from command line.
