PDF exports from InDesign that create high quality video output

After exporting my INDD to an interactive PDF, I was finding that the video quality of the embedded MP4 was really poor. I decided to export with a floating window, however the floating window is kind of weird in that you have to then close the window (with a small little box in the upper corner, that is barely visible). I am hoping there is a way to get the floating window to close automatically. Or (even better) to create an exported PDF without a floating window that renders a higher quality output on the video. Any advice would be super helpful!

      Thanks!
