What you seem to be reporting is a old known Premiere Elements issue.

What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running.

It is my understanding that this problem is resolved only when you are using Premiere Elements 13 as the 13.1 Update.

Please give more details and information about your specific situation.

          Thank you.

Before Premiere Elements 13.1 there were many discussions related to this error with few, if any, resolution, but with some. No permanent cures.

For troubleshooting purposes, please consider downloading and installing Premiere Elements 13, updating it to the 13.1 Update, and then trying your project again in this Premiere Elements 13/13.1 computer environment. Do you get the keyframe.h-142 error?

If necessary, I will try to prepare a list of some of the more recent Adobe Premiere Elements Forum threads dealing with the details of the history on this matter.

              Thank you.
