I need to change my username / login ID to a different email account. When I login to my account, the primary address cannot be changed. Adobe Chat Online has been contacted 3 times and so far changed nothing but escalated the case with no result that I can see. My email/username won't work soon. I need to change it urgently. Any help is appreciated.
Email ID can not be changed for Creative Cloud, you will need top cancel the present one & repurchase with the correct ID.
The cancellation fee is waived off for such repurchases.
Technically you need to sign out of the old Adobe ID & sign back in with the new Adobe Id to activate it.
Thank you for the clear answer. Community Answer forum: yay! However, to be required to cancel the subscription and open an entire new one is very inconvenient, and most notably different from other software as a service accounts I enjoy using. Account management: Boo!
