    How do I contact Customer Support directly to cancel my account and Adobe ID?


      For the past two or so years I have been using Creative Cloud through my university. I have since graduated and would now like to cancel my Creative Cloud account and Adobe ID. As far as I can tell my student email and Creative Cloud subscription have since been cancelled by my university (it is a Japanese university and I am not Japanese, so this makes it difficult to say for sure), but I can't find a way to remove the account and my ID. Informations on this forum and elsewhere have directed me to Cancel your Creative Cloud membership which then tells me to contact Customer Support directly, which points me to the forum, which points me to aforementioned Cancel link, etc. Would the staff kindly assist me in canceling and removing my CC account and Adobe ID? Thanks very much in advance.
