What version of Premiere Elements do you now have? And, on what computer operating system is it running?
Using Publish+Share/Disc/DVD disc, you cannot burn to disc part of your Timeline content as you can in many instances in the export to file saved to the computer hard drive...Publish+Share/Computer/. In the file situation, the keys are setting the Work Bar Area gray tabs to span the segment of interest coupled with enabling "Share Work Area Bar Only" in the export settings.
What you might consider is this...make a copy of the whole project and edit the copy so that the copy contains parts and features related to a specific part of the wedding. Then burn that Timeline content to disc. See File Menu/Save a Copy.
Does that work for you?
Add On..You may be able to achieve your goal by going through the Timeline content and removing the check mark next to Enable for the clips that you do not want...depends on location of the files to go. I will double check that and let you know.
Add On to Add On..The disabling of the Enable option should be expected to work for you depending on the location of the files. Please let us know if any of the above works for you. I still think it safer to work from the copy rather than run the risk of disturbing an existing Timeline depending on the location of the files to go.
