I've booked a one month Indesign subscripion and I can't look ito my booking information. Indesign is woking, the money has been taken of my bank account but I cant access any informtion on my profile. I can only see this (see screenshot)
I would like to check my options, see my bill and would also like to be able to change things arround if I need it. Does anybody know why I can't find any information on my account?
I have checked your account; The Adobe ID on the forums has no membership or subscriptions under it.
Also, there has been no payment received for this Adobe Id.
Please check in case the order was placed under any different Adobe ID.
You may also Contact Customer Care in get the order ID confirmed.
