What version of Premiere Elements are you using? What computer operating system is involved?
Did you purchase Premiere Elements from Adobe as a download or are you trying to install the program from an installation disc that came in box packaging of the program? Or, did your Premiere Elements come pre-installed in a computer that you purchased?
From where did you get the serial number?
Is there an error message associated with the problem? If so, what is it?
