    I've cancelled my Adobe Creative Cloud paid subscription, but they're still chasing me for money....


      Well, I keep getting emails saying they've been unable to contact me.


      I cancelled my subscription via the Adobe Creative Cloud live chat function - I just want to make sure it's all okay, and is cancelled / downgraded to free. Likewise, I was sent an invoice saying I've got nothing to pay - and I just want to make sure that's the case too.
