    My Adobe id and password are not accepted when I am attempting to download the Flash Player update.  What do I do?

      I have downloaded the Flash Player Update and gone through all the necessary steps to do so.  When I get to the step that asks for my ID and Password it rejects my entries and I can't go any further.  I have used the same Adobe ID and password that I use for My Adobe Account.  I have even used my Mac's Apple ID and password but the Adobe log in rejects it too.  What do I do?
