How do I add a background image to a form?

I would like to add a background image to a form I am currently working on in LiveCycle ES2.

I have tried many different options but nothing seems to be working properly.

I have the image as both a jpg and a pdf and have tried to add them both but this hasn't been successful.

I would need to add tables to the form so the form would need to have a flowable layout rather than be fixed pages.

Any ideas?

Try adding an Image Field to your master page(s). You can either point the image field to a URL or embed it in the template. I do this to add a watermark.
