I believe you were using a trial version.
There is no need of cancelling the membership as it was free.
You may uninstall the applications from your machine.
I thought I cancelled my membership around two weeks ago but I keep getting emails saying 'Alert: Unable to process your Adobe Creative Cloud membership payment'

It seems that there is some payment issue as the payment is not coming through.
Please Contact Customer Care so that they can let you know the exact issue with the payment process.
Or else you may update your card details with them as well.
When I click on that link I am just being sent in circles and I can't find anyone to chat to to discuss my problem.
There should be no payment process because I cancelled my membership.

I have checked your account details and there is a Premiere Pro membership which has been expired.
Just to clarify - does that mean that they will not try and take any money out of my account? Is the Premiere Pro membership completely cancelled?
Is there any way you can send me on a direct link to customer care because it's sending me in circles.
I click on 'Creative Cloud' and then 'Membership, Account and Payment' and then 'Account Settings' and then 'Manage your membership or payment', then I am sent to this link: Manage your Creative Cloud membership
After that I go to 'Cancel your membership' and I am sent here: Contact Customer Care
It does not allow me to select chat as an option and send me back here: Cancel your Creative Cloud membership
As you can understand this is very frustrating as I would like to completely cancel anything I have to do with Adobe.

Please be sure that you are logged into your Adobe account while accessing the link.

i may only have used a trial version but i want my account cancelled immeadiatly.
i Am constantly getting emails about this forum and it is quite annoying. Also as caoimes2015 wrote above, the "customer care" drives you in circles and the problem hadn't solved by clearing the cookies.
please aknowledge my request to cancel the membership and delete my account.
