so another day has gone by and still no answer to my post

do you people do anything about these forums

that is do you are you capable of fixing my problem or not

perhaps I have not been clear with my question here is the error I getting

 

limit of number of machines allowed per ID reached code: E_ACT_MANY_ACTIVATIONS://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/activate 457:10000:10000

  this computer cannot be authorized with your ID because you have reached the limit number of computers and /or devices that can be authorized with the same ID.

would you please sent some sort of a email  so one knows that their is some hope that this problem can or can not be fixed
