Well, the obvious thing to do is to cancel your monthly payment until they bring out a version that works for you.
It works reasonably well for me, now that I have updated my graphics driver (Quadro) twice. Face recognition is still a bit of a farce, but that is what I expected.
We are users like you on this forum, not Adobe. You need to contact Adobe.
Y'know, it's a pretty safe bet that - whatever your problem is - it has been asked and answered on here numerous times.
So, whatever it is, why not tell us?

Well its probely gonna be a long story so i try to make it short.
1 Tried out there chat to solve my problem with my membership didnt work..
2 Been calling the danish department been forwarded to some waiting place didnt work..
3 Been told i didnt have a account even they draw the money from my credit card..
4 Would say its the worse treathment i ever have recieved..
5 Probely would be great to talk to a danish person instead of a english person..
6 Bought the programs thinking it was a good deal but the update issue you got is not working..
8 Have been searched the forum and only hearing bad storys about this update.. still not working
