You seem to be on subscription and not on standalone perpetual license.
If your subscription is still valid, try to sign out and back in: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
Are you sure you are using LR5 - please double-check and post back.
Probably because you installed LR using the Creative Cloud desktop app which installs the subscription based CC version. you need to uninstall that and go to the products Update page ( Product updates ) and download and install the stand alone version then enter your serial number to activate it.
Make assurance double sure!
