    Unable to install the latest version of CC desktop app in Windows

      I am unable to install the latest version ( of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app in Windows.


      Here is what happens - After I click the install button, it shows *Installing Update*, but doesn't go beyond 2% and I see this message below - Trying to connect to the server.


      I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.


      This appears to be a problem only in Windows as I managed to successfully install the update on my MacBook Pro.


      Can you please look into this right away? I am having issues with TK and syncing due to this.
